My money was pick-pocketed 2hours ago but with the help of the policeman from this station helped me willingly and kindly guided me and my family to the station. After, 30 minutes my money and card was found. Unbelievably the policemen and woman officer walked in with their two thumbs up. I will never forget this happening and we are so grateful and glad everything turned out for the best. Thank you very much Italian officers!!!

I've had mixed experiences here. I came to retrieve my permit of stay in the afternoon only to find them leaving work. A very nice gentleman stayed with me and everyone waited until my PDS was sorted out. He told me to come back approximately a month later and I was like "When exactly is approximately?" and he was very kind and gave me a phone number to check first. Then I called to follow up and after many rings a lady picked up the phone and yelled at me, angrily "It is Thursday, call in the afternoon!" Welcome to Rome. It would be great to have their hours posted on google maps because so far I have no idea when their office hours are. Just surely not Thursday morning...

We had an issue needing the Polizia in Rome, and this station was very helpful. They produced a clear report and made sure we were attended too.

My wallet was stolen but my license and Visa card were found ,this they contacted my hotel telling me I should come pick it up. After a 30 minute walk I was denied my wallet because apparently my passport isn't enough identification and I also had to bring a copy of the police report which wasn't the information they said to my hotel, thus making me waste a night of my stay including a €15 ride home. The police were also very rude, when I was trying to understand why they need the report and explain my situation the police officer said to me " I don't care if you're a British citizen and got a passport , you're in Italy , Italian law" I never even mentioned my British rights and I found that extremely rude and insensitive.
