The hairdresser was not at all professional, and at times rude. She does not listen to the needs of the public, and she is surly. We are not satisfied. He offended both me and my mother, telling my mother that she had a very bad cut (thus offending the hairdresser before her) and offending me, behind me, telling my mother that "I too had a horrible cut", when I went to book the appointment. Really little professionalism
