This hotel has lots of pros, but also lots of cons.
Pros: great location, friendly and professional/knowledgable/experienced restaurant staff, food variety (although don’t expect a lot of traditional South Tyrolean food), large sauna, more than decent pool and very responsive management.
Cons: way too hot in the summer and no a/c (both the restaurant and the rooms are incredibly hot, we couldn’t sleep well nor be comfortable over dinner), outdated and somewhat small rooms (the windows don’t even fully open), no availability at the spa (only during the weekend), kids are not required to wear a mask at dinner (for Covid-19), and finally not enough room for parking.
We got two rooms. I reccomend getting the one on the ground floor facing a shared garden with a spectacular view. The other room we got was on the 3rd floor and that supposedly the more expensive one.
The restaurant has a 4 course dinner that was always a pleasant meal.
Breakfast has all your usual options.
Shick hotel with very good facilities and services. Close to ski resort
Gourmet food
This is the worst restaurant service I‘ve ever experienced. We had to order everything several times over and we‘re treated impolitely. I would not recommend the restaurant. The barman, however, is awesome.
