WARNING This agency sold us 2 48 hour tickets when we requested the best travel options to travel into Venice. Seeing as we were at a train station, it was right to assume that they could be used for the train. There is no explanation on the tickets as to how they are to be used and the person selling tickets didn't enlighten us. We wasted 60 euro as they were rendered useless when used on the train. Go to the rail ticket outlets, because Agenzie 365 are happy to take your money and not give a refund. Pictures on the wall are misleading. GO ELSEWHERE

Very bad experience. We bought 2 rolling tickets (for under 29 year-old). They should cost 22 Euro each but they sell it at 30 Euro and when being asked, they were very impatient and told us it was a full package, no other option, no further explanation and gave us 2 maps ( which were useless) for the extra money we paid. Really?

We bought 3, 48 hour public transport travel passes without being told they couldn’t be used on trains. We activated them at the railway station rendering them immediately invalid. We had to buy 3 more tickets, doubling the expense. The staff here were completely uninterested and unhelpful when we tried to get a refund on the original tickets. A costly lesson. Do not use this agency

Highly not recommended, I loaded my subscription for 3 months (August, September and October), at the end of August I found myself with the expired imob card. I went to an ACTV store for more info and was told that I only subscribed for one month (August). Unconsciously I threw the receipt of the payment so I cannot ask for a refund but this error on the part of the company is not tolerable.

I thank the incompetent and rude order that besides ignoring us after having asked for information on buying a 3-day subscription for Venice ... She was able to give us a subscription already obliterated and expiring by the end of the day ... Congratulations
