Avoid this company. Terrible customer service, and false accident claims. Save your time and money and book with another company.

Excellent location if you want to hire a car from downtown Turin. The front office service was very good, delayed a bit because of problems with the printer, but otherwise it was a positive experience. The car given, besides being an upgrade from what I had hired on their website, was clean and practically brand new.

Rented a car through rental cars twice. The first time we were served by Antonio, everything went well, very kind and professional and the rental went without problems. The second time a disaster, served by another employee, who first made me go back because he had forgotten the chains (it can be), then on his return he contested a damage that he had shown me himself at the time of withdrawal of the machine. I didn't sign any damage claims as the problem was already there. And I was told that I was going to be blacklisted, which is no problem for me so I wouldn't go back. I strongly advise against this agency as the check of the car is done in the garage with artificial lights, some damages may not be seen and therefore not be reported in the contract. If you book through rental cars the total insurance of 900 euros are stamped on the card, they tell you that it will take from 7 to 21 days to have the money unlocked, which seemed very strange to me, in fact after two days I already had them available again. Better Sixt or Hertz, maybe you pay a little more but you are more relaxed.

Bad service for a compliment. After giving Rentalcars the wrong address, they release the responsibility. Obviously, I arrive 50 minutes late. I am greeted with a "MUST PAY THE PENALTY!". This makes me angry, I lose my temper, but then I ask for the car to be delivered to me, but I discover: "THE CAR IS NOT THERE YOU MUST WAIT". I ask how long I have to wait, but by now the situation had degenerated. Result: I am left without a car. Maybe the car never existed.

The phone number 800 0056 57 is an obvious scam. No one answers. For two days we called the toll-free number and NO ONE ANSWERS. This suggests that customer care is not efficient. We did not try the company because it is not possible to talk to them. We saw great deals on their site but didn't book. Hence, we cannot advise against company. We can only say that from the booking site it is clear that they ask for a 1500 Euro deductible, it means that regardless of how many days you book they will block you 1500 Euro from your account in case of damage. For those with a limit of 2000 Euros, he is basically screwed if he has to make other expenses during the holiday.
