I have had a subscription for about 1 year which I still cannot use since I always find it closed. I think it is appropriate to have at least an active number that answers to give any information to customers.

At the moment I have information that has closed deginitively as at 31/12/2017. I had given a treatment paid to them but not used now how do I get a refund? The phone is disconnected and they do not respond to emails and messangers. professional ethics of those who do business.If I could I would give them less than a star for professional seriousness.

twice I went for a groupon appointment and twice I left without treatment, they gave me a voucher with no expiration date, I have been trying to call for a month but a voice says that the selected number is non-existent. Mah.
