I called to find out about costs and availability to make an appointment. The secretariat responded in a rather annoyed way, because, according to her, calling to inquire about the costs of the services is not a practice to do. He didn't even give me time to ask when I could have made an appointment that had already hooked the phone in my face. Evidently they have far too many clients so they don't need to have patients.
