50c to park? What about the 15 minutes line to get into the parking?!?!?!

I came to this hospital to treat a pain in the lumbar area through the innovative method of Doctor Simonetti who during the first surgery showed himself to be a serious and professional person. towards the end of 2019 I felt the pains prior to the operation and in January 2020 I decided to contact the Doctor again to ask him how I could do it. In order not to take it in the long run, in September 2020, after countless emails and private messages with no response or with replies like: "I'll call you tomorrow" and nothing happened tomorrow, I decided to call him and I was scolded for calling at 20:00 on Thursday dinner time. The conversation ended with the Doctor hanging the phone in my face and this really denotes a poor education and professionalism. I hope I never need your help again.

On 6 July 2020 I underwent cerebral embolization of an arteriovenous fistula. The operation went very well, I had no post-operative effect. I want to thank the excellent Dr. Luigi Cirillo who operated on me and his staff, I also want to thank all the staff of the neurosurgery department for the professionalism and hospitality shown to all patients. I felt in a familiar environment, cared for, welcomed and protected. Thanks for the exemplary way you work.
