I go to collect some of the clothes left for the first time: jackets and duvet, and practically a jacket is missing. They tell me that the label has come off and every now and then it happens, so they collect the clothes and deliver them to those who claim them. Fortunately, the next time, at the same time as the collection of the duvet, I was also given the missing jacket. Let's say that as a beginning it is not the most comforting and it makes me doubt about returning (in other laundries it has never happened to me despite using it for several years).

Very bad. Wrecked clothes and sweaters, presence of a white patina that they don't know how to justify. Rude and unprofessional jobs. I've tried several in the city and the experience has always been bad. They never answer for damage, they put the card with the staples that ruin labels and necks.
