Absolutely unprofessional. They did not want to acknowledge a clear damage to a valuable item caused by them.

At the shop in the Centro Nova they broke a quilt and say it's my fault that I brought it broken ... accidentally when I went to pick it up (I admit, several months later ..) they forgot to give it back ... When thanks to 'insistence of my wife we went Saturday, December 15 and we managed to make it back to us there was a tear behind, down and all the duvet was out. Obviously they deny that it was them, saying that the tear was already there and that there was a sticky patch that was blown away. In support of their thesis they report the fact that there was already a patch on the left sleeve. But that is me the first to admit that there was, but if there was already the tear underneath as it is that their acceptance did not notice? And if there was also the backside because in the end it would be according to them detached and instead on the sleeve remained perfectly intact? I strongly advise everyone to take clothes to clean them because they do not recognize that they have further damaged my quilt. This is my opinion, thanks for your attention.

Competitive prices, but service a bit 'poor and unfortunately staff are not polite with customers who are treated most of the time in a cold and impersonal if not with a blatant impatience.
