We have known smoked for months and, after the great experience in the restaurant in Bologna where we were able to taste more products, we order it regularly even at a distance. Very high quality of the raw material, simple but well executed processing, intense and sublime flavors. Great professionalism of the staff both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Excellent packaging for take-away and shipping. Absolutely recommended!

A novelty in the city! A perfect menu to enter the culture of smoking. All tasty and satisfying dishes. Also recommended as a takeaway given the practicality of vacuum packing, which not everyone does. With a very knowledgeable sommelier and a good wine list. Try it!

We often order from this restaurant and have always been fully satisfied! We often take lightly smoked chicken breast and fish tartare of the day, both have very generous and tasty portions, but at the same time light. The first courses are excellent, I recommend macaroni al torchio with wild boar ragout and venison ravioli with mountain butter. now I can not do without.

Finally a NEW !!! Everything is prepared by them and studied in detail, the meat is exceptional, prolonged cooking and smoking give unique flavors never tried before (at least in Bologna). The ribs come off the bone effortlessly, they are juicy and with a fantastic crust on the outside. The beef cheek is BUTTER. The first are a breath of fresh air: pulled pork ragu and cocoa tortelli. I can't wait to try the revisited tortellini. Friendly, nice and very knowledgeable staff. You can feel the great love for cooking and for the new project they are carrying out. Very low prices, around € 10/15 per dish.

I really like smoked food so when this smoked delicacy shop opened I was immediately very curious! And now every week I try some delicacies that I take home with me at no additional cost! very kind staff but also very professional! What about all very good! From bread to dessert!
