We hired a 400cc Kymco scooter from this place to get us to and from Mugello for Motogp. The service we recieved was first class from start to finish. Right from initial first contact via email, where Federico quickly emailed the rental costs over, and what the rental package included in terms of helmets/locks etc. The price was fair, and Federico even delivered it last minute to our apartment, when we decided we could not get to his place to collect it. The last night of our stay, some kind person decided to knock our scooter over when it was parked in a designated scooter bay overnight 😡😡 Leaving us with a snapped mirror, we were devastated.... We dropped the scooter back and it looked like the mirror was repairable, maybe not. But we agreed whatever it cost we would pay for it Federico could have charged us for a whole new mirror assembly for his own convenience, but instead he decided to be kind and use his knowledge to find the correct part to save the existing mirror and he didn't even charge us! And for that honesty we cannot thank you enough Federico, you are a credit to your business, I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we have received, even though things didn't go quite to plan.
