Very high professionalism, friendliness and punctuality. An appointment a month for a quick treatment, with excellent results that has now become a pleasant chat for an hour. Certified products, which do not create any kind of discomfort to the eye and especially every time you feel like queens. Under Carmen's hands one feels safe and above all beautiful even without makeup. The eyes, especially for us women, are important and with "magic" the look and the whole face changes completely. I have always exaggerated with mascara since I have short and light eyelashes, the result was that when I removed make-up in the evening I had a lot of eyelashes left in the cotton pad, besides having sensitive eyes, I had always reddened them. Carmen! Since 4years I go under her expert hands and my allergy problems have been solved, I don't even need to fix my eyes anymore, not to mention the look she gave me: unique !!!!! Truly the number 1 in Reggio Emilia for professionalism, commitment, cleanliness and timing! An image artist! I recommend it to everyone!

Carmen is a serious and prepared professional, the environment is clean and hospitable, the results on my eyes have been very satisfying. I spend a little more than other alternatives, but only from Ciglia di luce I found a similar quality. I highly recommend it
