I love it and can shopping many things
Good place for shopping...
Nice place to be.
I went to this store on Friday afternoon 11 December to collect a purchase made on their site. The collection point is located in the checkout area and at that moment there was only one employee which means a long line and a long wait which is very appropriate in this pandemic period ....... after about ten minutes he comes to help another employee and then another and the line begins to drop. When my turn arrived after about 20 minutes of waiting, the clerk asked me what to do and discovered that I had to collect an order, asked me to position myself near a cash desk and wait because first they have to clear the queue of people who have to pay (? ?). Result: people who were behind me pass in front of me and after another 5 minutes they finally deign to serve also myself, treated as a second-class customer. Complimentoni for the great organization and for customer management. If they wanted to lose a customer, I would say they succeeded in full.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA: mi sono recato in questo negozio per acquistare un album in vinile PREZZATO SULLA CONFEZIONE 34.99€, al momento di pagare mi è stata addebitata la cifra di 44.99€ e alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, la cassiera ha giustificato il prezzo maggiorato dicendo che era una promozione finita. Se così fosse, ritengo doveroso da parte dello staff del negozio sostituire il prezzo sulla confezione. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò SICURAMENTE ad un altro negozio, anche per acquisti di valore superiore.
