Honesty professionalism but above all kindness: I had a tire with a small cut on the "shoulder" of the tire, given the delicate point I went to ask a professional if it was necessary to replace it ... Not only was he honest and he told me: "it is nothing, it is not necessary to change it" But he also checked the pressure of all four tires without asking me for a euro ... It is true that I am already their customer, but the guy who checked me is not He knew. Congratulations to the owner for having selected the staff: honest and smart professional, able to grab the customer if we want, but fundamentally honest; in Rome, 80% would certainly have replaced my tire.
