The best taralli ever tried! Absolutely, the best balance between taste, lightness and digestibility, evidently not only for the use of only extra virgin olive oil but also the other ingredients are of the best quality. It is significant that they only produce taralli since all the versions tested are at the top and I hope they will remain so, without any drop in the quality level.
