I used to wander around bars looking for the perfect foam for my "frothy coffee", sublime moment of break in the day. I had become accustomed to the milk spit, or to the air bubbles that dissolve with my eyes when .... I came across the Idea Break! Here the foam is compact, creamy, resistant to the end. I can pick it up with a spoon after drawing the coffee greedily and even licking my mustache! In addition, the choice of brioches is vast and they are all very good! I bring my feminist fashion magazine and satisfy the palate! What more do you want! Thanks to everyone's work and to the great courtesy of all the bartenders!
