I had a pedicure with semi-permanent nail polish remover but I was not satisfied at all, indeed I hope not to have problems! For more than an hour the operator tried to remove the semi-permanent (which I take off at home with a simple acetone pack and a light final filing), filing excessively and also filing the flesh around the big toe, as can be seen from the photo. Now the nails are definitely thin and weak, so more likely to get infections! That same evening I struggled to sleep because my nails burned so much and I still can't put on closed shoes because I'm in pain! No clean tools were used because the files were old and used in who knows which foot and the scissors were in a bag, which was definitely no longer sterile because it was already open with all the tools piled up. The pedicure consisted of a soak in hot water, a scrub with a 20-second callus filing and a cream. I don't have large calluses but the hard parts I had remained as they were. I think he did it quickly having wasted so much time removing the nail polish. I'm sorry to do this review because the girl was also nice and kind but she did me harm.

Customer for quite a while, I get the flyer at home with new promotions, phone to book and the price is not the same. Is this serious? Lost customer, NEVER AGAIN.
