Truly a gem of a place. As it was summer, we were given a little tour of the different cellars in which the culatello, finocchiona, and salami are aged and then a delicious “tasting menu” which was essentially a massive lunch with outstanding meats and wine. And for 25€ it’s a steal!! Check it out, you’ll want to talk to Fabrizio as he speaks English!

A temple for quality food: if you want to buy something special, just stop here. Their salami, culatello prosciutto and fortana wine are outstanding. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!
Delicious cured meats, culatello for 30 months, then the one for 24, raw shoulder, pancetta, fried salami with polenta and what about the gardener made as it once was .... Congratulations !!!
For many years I have been going with friends to eat excellent cold cuts and sometimes we even stay for lunch and it is a tasting of wonderful cold cuts, the owners are exceptional people. It deserves to come back often
