Cozy church. Of course, it is the house of God ... We have, here in Casina, a parish priest who has 6 parishes, he finds time to go to the hospital to visit the sick. He makes short sermons but explains the Gospel so that we can all understand it and, if we want, put it into practice ...

in 1940 the construction of the new parish church was begun by the will of Don Nando Barozzi, works that led to the abandonment of the ancient church of the Castello di Sarzano. The church was finished in 1945. The church is located south of Casina on a promontory which is accessed via a driveway and a staircase. It is surrounded by a garden, which also includes a rectory, a school for early childhood and the bell tower. It has a façade in a "neo-romanic" style in local stone with a main entrance portal, surmounted by a rose window with internal arabesque, and two portals on the sides corresponding to the side aisles, each one surmounted by a mullioned window. The interior facing brick has three naves, the central one has a gabled roof and a barrel vault while the two lower side by a wooden roof with a single pitch.

Great to pray, in a privileged position as the highest point of Casina, enjoys a large parking lot and nursery school next to the church. Nice place to meditate.
