Not being able to put less, I leave Zero stars, but they deserve less than five. After buying used books and ordered new ones, when I got home one of the books was full of scribbles in some pages I escaped when checking the status before buying, the text being unreadable I went back to ask if they could take the book back and order a new one, they told me that their policy does not take back a sold book !! Now I am a little upset by saying that their policy is not legal by law they have to take back the book but to no avail, but when they asked me for a deposit of 10 euros per book I also took the year on books that cost less I mean I pay you more than you should in advance but you don't change a book in bad condition because I didn't notice it so they told me (I HAVE TO KNOW) they don't treat customers so you should look at your policy

This year I bought some books for my daughter who is in middle school, not all of them because they were few and the ones I got were in "good" condition, many written in pencil, pen and highlighted !! You know, if you buy used, you don't buy new, but ... be careful with the so-called "demagnetized" English ones, and then bought back again !!!!!!! Lost time, lost money, under the scorching sun despite having the appointment ... I would say just a bad experience.
