Down jacket withdrawn today with all the tabs of the sliders of the broken zippers. Immediately made this to the order but she replied saying that in all laundries it happens. It never happened to me to bring a duvet to the laundry room and pick it up ruined.

Practically new down jacket delivered in perfect condition, returned with the zip completely ruined. At the time of delivery without any notification, the garment was returned washed without anomalies. The next day my wife wears it and realizes the damage. I take the garment back to the laundry room, I am taken saying that they had to evaluate the damage, after 3 days they call me back to tell me that everyone knows that the laundries are not responsible for the hinges (so what did they have to check?). Another negative note, their label had been put with a stapler in the middle of the hat to pierce even that part rightly. Today I took the quilt again and will never set foot in such an activity again. Do your own evaluations before entrusting especially valuable items to these people.

service and operators are satisfactory, but if a new dress is completely ruined, the shop (as its manager) does not recognize its fault in any way, despite what is reported on their website "The end customer is at center of everything in Iper Lavanderia .. ". for this I was very disappointed .. 06/08/2019 - in response to your kind invitation, I inform you that I have already passed by the store and left the dress to show it to the manager (I have the receipt) ... the following is as already reported.
