I'm American living in Rome, and when my car broke down in this little town on a day trip (on a Sunday during a holiday weekend no less) I expected the worst. But Alberto and everyone at the shop were great, they took care of my car as soon as they could and were knowledgeable and very patient with the language barrier (I speak very little Italian). They didn't over-charge me and even picked me up at the train station when I came to pick the car up. Can't say enough good about them. Grazie!!
Our car broke down. The towing service commissioned by the ADAC brought us to this workshop. We found very helpful employees who quickly found the error. Since there was no taxi or rental car, we were stuck in the workshop. An employee of the workshop drove us to the campsite and brought us the car that had been repaired the next day at the agreed time. We are very grateful for the help.
