Incompetent and peasants is an understatement. I called several times and I never got on well, maybe with the years they got worse and worse. The feeling you have when talking to them is that there is absolutely no desire to answer the phone, let alone make the home visit. Unkindness and incompetence are their only noteworthy peculiarities.

Incompetent is an understatement. A doctor who does not know how to do a certificate of illness and who rather sends you to work with 38 of fever is unheard of. Really bad.
