If the employees start to comment on the "hello" instead of the "good evening" of an elderly client I would say: Good night! and close the review. I think it is necessary to talk about products and services. The products are of a good standard. Excellent bread with flour "1" and the cooking of taralli. Almost impossible to find parking. Availability towards the customer at the minimum.
