Camping Alpino Collina

Great place and hosts!

Wonderful holiday in the middle of the mountains! There are numerous paths that start directly from the campsite without having to marry with the means. Staff very kind and helpful. Very suitable for those who love the quiet and simplicity of the mountains. Clean and basic bathrooms.

Stayed here in August, difficult entry with caravan cranked uphill, poorly marked, and not easy internal maneuvers (sharp turns everywhere). Pitches not well defined, in my case "big" because we were alone, but with crowds I wouldn't swear by the size as there are no signs of where it starts and ends. Old toilets, malfunctioning coin showers (eat tokens that are returned to you, but what a drag!). Non-existent staff, it seems self-managed, we could have left without paying if we had been dishonest, they didn't know how long we had been on the campsite or names or anything. Valid place for excursions, does not take telephone. Low prices.

The campsite is very large and is located in a beautiful area of ​​the Julian Alps. The owner is very nice and easy going. However, I found the bathrooms a bit dirty and that the curtained areas, although we were told they were still being refurbished, were quite uncomfortable. In any case, I recommend this camping just to enjoy the naturalistic beauties of the place through the cloth of a tent.

Room with comfortable and warm interiors, outside there are gazebos that allow you to admire the splendid view, there is also a park for children. The modern menu offers vegetarian dishes, but also other more traditional and typical ones. Fair prices and friendly staff make it one of my favorite retreats.
