After having requested on 29/08 to deactivate the subscription to a key 3 and having told me that on 29/09 it would have been deactivated, I realize that in reality the key is still active. I tried to call 159 and they told me that the documents never arrived (the girl from the center photocopied everything necessary) to confirm the cancellation. I called the wind center several times but never got a reply
I went to the store to change offer in order to save money.
A little confused saleswoman, she did not know any offer and its cost.
I asked 3 times to deactivate the promotion I had on another number as well.
But nothing, I only found out later from the withdrawal of cc that the promotion has not been deactivated.
Iphone 6 broken under warranty. Taken for repair on August 21 ... I'm still without a phone and we are on October 23.
I have no words to describe this disservice.
I'll probably go through legal channels.

This review is not for the shop itself, but for an employee who I politely asked for a replacement sim for mine that I have lost.
After waiting almost half an hour straight he told me that it was not possible as a complaint was needed, which seemed very strange to me, so I went to another wind store in the center and there I was immediately given a new sim.
Since this morning I have been trying to contact the Wind 3 store in the Grandemilia shopping center by telephone, it is 5.30 pm and still nothing, it rings but no one answers. Bad service!
