They present themselves very well and also seem very competent, but unfortunately it's just smoke. The intercom of our condominium broke down, we contacted Mr. Giuseppe and we sent, as requested, the intercom because they have no assistance in Rome. The same has guaranteed us to be able to repair it, but he wanted to be paid first, this already had to make us suspicious; ergo the intercom has disappeared, Mr. Giuseppe and our money. The discomfort of over six months for a condominium of 7 buildings is indescribable. Yesterday, September 14, 2020, we officially mandated our administration to proceed legally against the company. I add that we personally went to the offices in Modena at the published address and no one is present in that office, only a lot of piled up mail

A hallucinatory experience, liars, inconclusive and absolutely unreliable. Called Mr. Giuseppe hundreds of times .. he answered me twice to tell me only lies ... not bought by these people .. they are incompetent. And I won't add anything else because I would only get insults !!

This company does not behave in a serious way. After sending an article for repair, I have hardly managed to get in touch with Enrico. The only 2 times he answered told me lies ... they are moving, the article is ready, the phone does not work, I send it tomorrow morning .... Strongly discourage !!!

I purchased 4 GSM panels. After a first moment of good collaboration to make the buttons work (which have many problems) now Mr. Enrico is nowhere to be found. The push-button panel after about 2 years of hiccup operation are now definitively broken. I call Mr. Enrico who replies that I have no problem sending a courier to pick up within 3/4 days they are ready. Now 60 days have passed and Mr. Enrico no longer answers me, neither on the phone nor in messages. It is not a serious attitude on their part because I as an installer have to answer to my client who has ordered me to restore the intercom in the shortest time at my expense. I strongly advise against buying these products.

At the end of November my omnicall one intercom in warranty stopped working. The very kind company replied to me: no problem, we send a courier to pick it up and within 48 hours we send it back. I still haven't managed to get it back: first a card was missing, then there were the Christmas holidays, then the inventory; now they say they have been sending it for 15 days but no one knows where it ended up and every time they phone, they tell me "I'll do a search in the warehouse and then send them a mail. Never received any mail ...
