I had never turned to a travel agency, I usually try to arrange for myself to book trips that are airline tickets or accommodations for the night (usually b & b). But out of necessity I turned to this agency and I found a welcoming environment capable of listening to your needs and offering you something within your reach, to fully respond to your requests with clear and fast information. Surely on other occasions I will turn to this all-female agency.
