15 minutes before closing: Latin American music blaring, a black ribbon on the door to keep customers out and lights out. These are things that entice you to enter! Never again.
I reply to the girl / salesman above:
The customer can enter a store until closing time to both buy and ask for information and it is not up to the clerk to decide to close 15 minutes before and play the music as if it were in a disco.
That said, if he were an employee of mine he would be fired on the spot.
Obviously everything has already been reported at the headquarters.
I have no intention of replying beyond such unreal reviews with invented names and it just happens to have a single review for each user.
Evidently the clerk must have been very angry with mine.

@Stefano Mambelli, if you ever work in a shop and she enters closing time, I don't need her! I think they too have a social life outside of work! indeed, tell me where you work so as to contact you day and night and come to the closing. I would really like to see his behavior in that condition ... but how do you allow to report a worker in the company? it seems to me just someone who at 20:50 has nothing to do but go to the malls.
I've been using the boys for years and even after closing time they always stayed with me to try to help me in every way, so it seems quite absurd to me what you wrote. Having said that, take a life!
I have never found assistance so fast, so professional, so perfect and so efficient as in this shop. They immediately sent me to the technician and ALL my problems were solved. Honest prices and great professionalism. Recommended for everyone
I wanted to reply to the post of this below but you can't (or maybe I can't do it)
However you should do it the negative feedback that tries to enter a shop 15 minutes from closing and moreover also wastes time to write a bad review to the guys who put some music after a day of work .. .. come on there!
