Update: understood the problem and made amends for the mistake made, they were able to solve my problem promptly and professionally, therefore I believe it is absolutely correct to change my opinion from one star to 4, considering that the mistake can be there, but admit it and solving it is not for everyone. Clearly I cannot give 5 stars by virtue of the initial error, but today I feel I have changed my opinion too and I return to recommend it, precisely because of the formula linked to the policy that allows me to be calm in case of arrears of the 'tenant. ---------------------------------------------- I will be forced to contact my lawyer for non-compliance with what is formalized in the mandate. Really lack of professionalism and resulting damage. Given their very high commission it is unacceptable and we will see you in other locations

Despite the initial good impressions, during negotiations with a Milan agency, situations of tension were created. They wanted to close at all costs and deliberately tickled the two parties with mutually agreed promises. Result: unforeseen expenses sustained and objectively too high commissions retroceded. Acknowledging 13% of the property and 16% of the tenant, naturally plus VAT, to get to argue, seems absurd, unfair and worth mentioning. A real robbery. I eventually paid although we had never signed the mandate to rent but only handed over the keys.

Bad experience with the Solo Rental agency in Francavilla al Mare (company name SI IMMOBILIARE DI NECHIFOR IOANA & C.). The mediated property was delivered 18 days late compared to the insurance provided and without the systems whose volume / installation had been insured on initiative by the agency itself. In return, the brokerage invoice was issued one month before delivery. The Solo Rentals headquarters asked to bring the agency back to reason, albeit formally courteous, declared its impotence as it was linked to the agencies by a franchise agreement. I therefore strongly advise against both the incompetent and defaulting agency of Francavilla al Mare and the other rental agencies only, as in case of problems they will return to entrench themselves behind a franchise contract that does not allow interventions on individual affiliates.
