Super Service! Building technology Tuscany helped us with the bathroom renovation of our house. Fair prices, reliable work and a really good end result. Since my wife and I do not speak Italian fluently, the bilingualism was also a great advantage.
We had the modernization of the heating system in our holiday home in Tuscany carried out by Haustechnik Toskana. With the combination of gas and solar thermal systems we have been doing excellently so far. If there are other problems in the SWK area, we first ask Haustechnik Toskana. We appreciate a German contact person who, thanks to our expandable language skills, understands us even better than an Italian colleague.
Haustechnik Tuscany accompanied us from the beginning of the planning for our new building in Sassofortino, very professionally and constructively, to the completion of the house.
This included the selection of suitable heating technology, including photovoltaics and solar thermal.
In terms of the arrangement and design of the bathrooms, the rainwater storage, the underfloor heating and the complete technology of the swimming pool, Haustechnik Tuscany has planned and implemented everything to our greatest satisfaction.
The inexpensive offers have always been implemented without increasing costs and in the agreed period.
The bilingualism (German / Italian) was particularly helpful in coordinating with the other trades.
We also rely on Tuscany technical services for ongoing maintenance.
