Usually it happened that I could not find who could satisfy my requests, either by presumption or (sometimes) arrogance of alleged "professionals of the trade". My experience here was a pleasant surprise. Initially I was a bit afraid, because of the last traumas that resulted in the lack of confidence in hairdressers in general. Not today. Cinzia, with her professionalism, empathy and so much common sense, gave me back her confidence and the desire to take care of my wonderful hair (after her magic touch) in a healthy and correct way.
