Dishonest! When I contacted them on the phone, they made a quote that turned out to be very different from the amount they claimed after coming home to prepare the deceased. When asked for explanations about the substantial rise in the price, they were rude and were unable to demonstrate the higher costs applied. The only reason I didn't take any legal action against them is the sad circumstance of losing a loved one I was in, so I didn't have the emotional strength to do it. But they deserve legal action!
