ATTENTION not to sign the order confirmation form which contains ONLY vexatious clauses aimed EXCLUSIVELY to protect the reseller from complaints which in my case are more than justified .. since they are so well specified I assume that I am not the only one to have had problems . Offer and products 5 out of 5, attention to the customer 0, customer loyalty 0. In short, buy directly from the manufacturer if possible or from some more professional dealer because here the customer is not right .. just invoice and the vulgar goal is achieved.

A star because I can't give less. Extremely sorry because, ultimately, the products offered and the sales service are impeccable (we were followed by the architect Elisabetta who welcomed us and followed us in an extremely professional way), but unfortunately this is not enough because, after the sale, it would also be nice to receive the purchased products on time or, where absolutely impossible, at least get a decent discount (we had, in the meantime, to buy a temporary table to eat on because from the end of July it was delivered to mid-December). In particular, our order included a table, six chairs and a Presotto sideboard to be delivered in 60 days. Tolerant for the COVID period, we let more than 60 days pass for delivery and at the end of September we receive the sideboard and chairs with the promise that the table would soon arrive too. From that moment on, a theater of the absurd starts: after several calls to customer service, the rude Ms Vincenza, probably annoyed by my repeated reminders, nicely clarified: "if I had information I said I would call her, to date still I do not know anything. What was I calling her to do? To greet you? ”. Disappeared for several weeks, they re-emerge saying that the table would be delivered at the end of October only to be called directly by the Sales Director of the manufacturer who reported mysterious technical problems (in the process of being resolved) to the structure of the table. But how? Wasn't it COVID's fault? Bizarre. But we decide to postpone and we give up to buy a temporary table. Epilogue: after almost two months of silence the customer service re-emerges to organize the delivery (which took place on 16/12) and asking to pay the due (TABLE INCLUDED) the day before the delivery proposing, at my request, a discount of 250 € to front of € 6,600 of goods purchased. Since I signed a contract, I have fulfilled the expense, but I feel I can warn future customers of the lack of seriousness of after-sales assistance, advising them to carefully read the clauses of the Order Confirmation that require you to sign in order to buy from them.

I purchased 1 Bontempi table and 4 chairs, compared to the shop where I made a quote, I saved about 400 euros! The delivery took place after about 20 days more than the established ones, but I was notified by email of the delay. The products are excellent and have adequate packaging for transport.
