Bad experience. The trip to the Munich Oktoberfest was terrible, a real joke. I had purchased a travel package that included a visit to a country, from the program: Sunday morning, after breakfast (10:00 am), we will stop for lunch in a typical BAVARIAN village where we can taste typical gastronomy (mythological shanks!) And local craft beer. We never went to the village, our guide Achille considered it uninteresting and preferred to take us to see the Swarovski showroom and have lunch in a kind of Austrian Autogrill. Choices made without giving any explanation. The return journey took 17 hours WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. 45 people can not travel so many hours without air conditioning! The agency has chosen to merge more packages and then not satisfy any of them.
