We were out on the way home and I realized that I had lost the keys I immediately called the locksmith to have the lock changed. They were the first to arrive and let us into the house. Maximum professionalism, serious, reliable and honest. Highly recommended. A WARRANTY!

Bad and overpriced service. the technician arrives 2 and a half hours late with respect to what was communicated because he had to go to "his customers". I have to wait on the spot without any warning. when he arrives he makes a repair of 12-15 minutes in total and asks for a fee of € 200. to which I ask amazed the cause of the high cost. I am told that it is an emergency service 24 hours a day. in spite of the urgency since it arrives 2 and a half hours late! to make matters worse the technician adds, "We usually make € 250 for the call! (even if he told me 200) but for the delay I can put you € 150. Having already carried out the work, I complain about the price but ask, as was normal, the invoice and the payment by bank transfer given the amount. I never did! a continuous complaint about who pays and who does not pay and on making the invoice ... after 20 minutes of complaining he makes me fill out a sheet and then issue me an invoice later.

Quick intervention for a locked armored lock. 25 minutes after the call the blacksmith arrives, 30 seconds of intervention (fortunately only two hammers to the key inserted after a dose of Svitoil, no drill) exorbitant cost for the intervention, 200 €. Unfortunately, the need is paid!

Excellent services I really recommend it ... Conditioner motor problem. I called emergency intervention Florence and intervened in twenty minutes risolvendomi the problem at a fair price. I was very satisfied and as promised to them in return I would have left a great review ... Thanks guys and good job !!!

I needed a locksmith to repair an internal lock. I take an appointment for the following Monday at 9 am (as well as having to ask just one hour off from work), the blacksmith does not occur. I called him and said that the phone company of his cell has deleted all the numbers from the phone and could not tell me. We set a new appointment the next day (another wonder of working hours allowed), the blacksmith again fails to appear and is not felt! As far as I'm concerned you can fail! Bad service!
