Horrible machines we paid 8 euros to dry our clothes and it didn’t work we ended up going to another laundry

I wanted directions to dye a discolored dress and they seemed rather confused on the subject. In the end the old gentleman wanted to intervene with even less clarity, then he got annoyed, we don't know why, perhaps with himself 😂 and he told me he had something to do and therefore he advised me not to proceed! Boh people are not well.

It is my trusted dry cleaner because I find professionalism and friendliness. If you have clothes, rugs, etc that you care about, I think you can't find better in Florence. Given the large clientele, report if you have particular needs .... especially of time in the execution of the service. You will certainly find maximum availability and collaboration.
