Thanks to them I sold a fund (= space for shops) cat. C1. I am wife and husband (and a couple of collaborators). They have been polite, because they are polite. They didn't pester me, like another agency. They have not gradually built a web of threads around me, made up of signed documents = commitments, increasingly tight legal obligations so as not to untangle them any more as another agency has tried to do. They found me a nice, honest and urban buyer (characteristics that were important to me, given that he had to become, by purchasing, my office and business neighbor). They got paid the right = they were not obsessed with getting as much money as possible from seller and buyer (like another agency). I can't stand being manipulated, and I realize when someone wants to subtly manipulate me psychologically: another agency manipulated me and I fled from it: this was not the case with Chiaramonti Immobiliare, that is with the spouses Barbara and Nicola. It seems to me that their main satisfaction derives from combining the buyer and seller well, to make them happy both. 4 months have passed since my sale and I am still very happy with it, even from the point of view of human relations, between me, the agency and the buyer. So now I'm going to sell another fund through them. That's why I give it 5 stars, you fully deserve without if, without but and without though.

Professional and courteous, extremely helpful even in intermediation with property owners during rental negotiations. Recommended!
