Buying and selling experience that I do not recommend to anyone, completed only for the strong position that today the real estate agencies have, which dictate conditions in their opinion of the market, in reality totally arbitrary, also playing on the exclusivity they have for the sale of the property. I provide a star only because the deed was not without documentation. It has not even shown itself to be in step with the times because it cannot manage flows by bank transfer instead of bank drafts. Their job was to open the house 3 times, find documentation, set up negotiations according to the above criteria and present themselves to the deed. No responsibility whatsoever. Plot in my opinion exorbitant as the agent does not even have an office but receives in the living room of his home, ergo no cost to justify, this brings back to the position of strength the above. Necessary and empowered professionals such as Notary and Architect had a much lower percentage than that required by this agency.
In a time when you can't leave the house ... they could reply to emails. Instead .. nothing!
They don't even respond to repeated emails requesting the purchase of an apartment ...
