Unfortunately, I believe that empathy, sensitivity and ethics cannot be learned in the textbooks of dermatology or aesthetic medicine. After a visit with the doctor, who prescribed Epiduo for me and who told me that I could continue using vitamin C (after my question whether I can continue to use my products anyway) my face is practically burned. But the real problem is that despite having contacted her politely and via text, I did not receive an answer the second time I took the liberty of writing to her for advice on what to do. The skin hasn't improved in two days, I don't blame the doctor. But I believe that looking at the photo of a patient who has been burned and being able to not respond is synonymous with poor ethics and empathy. If they are in these conditions it is also due to his wrong advice given in the first instance with a lot of superficiality (to be able to put vitamin C). The first time I contacted her after the damage she told me it should be avoided, too late now. I hope it clears up and I hope something so unpleasant does not happen on his skin. Because it's bad to be ignored in a difficult time, I understand it's Saturday. But replying to a message takes 10 seconds, which would have alleviated my discomfort.
