I was operated on by Dr. Scelsi in March 2018, who successfully inserted a knee prosthesis into me. Since then, the excruciating pains that prevented me from walking have completely disappeared and my life has returned to normal. I am infinitely grateful to him for his competence, availability and humanity that he has always reserved for me on every occasion. Truly a good doctor and an excellent person.

I am 55 years old, I suffered from gonarthrosis in my left knee caused by a trauma due to a fall on skis in 1984. In those years orthopedic surgery was not yet at the levels of excellence of our days. So over the years my anterior cruciate ligament it has completely degenerated therefore thinned cartilage and varus knee. In recent years I had consulted several orthopedists and made different types of infiltrations but the problem was increasingly worsening. In 2017 I was visited by Dr. SCELSI. In September of the same year, at the Galeazzi orthopedic institute, Dr. SCELSI with the CASCO team to which he belongs, underwent my total knee replacement surgery. After my recovery and rehabilitation, I gradually returned to work ( I am an electrician) and a sportswoman (last year I started skiing again with wonder). To conclude, Dr. SCELSI remains a guarantee from a professional medical point of view, but above all he is a person close to the patient, putting him at ease from the beginning.

I am 76 years old, in 2017 I started having hip problems, with pain in the knees too; at this point the procession begins from one physiatrist to another. Within a few months I tried everything: pain relief infiltrations, various therapies etc. but the pain persisted, apart from a few breaks of small benefits, the pain returned punctually, leading me to walk even incorrectly. The family doctor advised me to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon; so in 2018 I contacted Dr. Michele Scelsi, who works at the Galeazzi Hospital in Milan, after the visit Dr. Scelsi made me resonate the pelvis, after which, given the resonance, he advised me that to solve the problem it was necessary to operate surgically by implanting the prostheses at the two hips, because the acetabulum and the head of the femur were now compromised and the solution was the surgery. In fact, after a few weeks I was hospitalized at Galeazzi and Dr. Scelsi operated on me, the next day I started rehabilitation and after two days with crutches I walked great without pain. I continued the rehab at home and within a month I was like new. The following year I immediately did the other one, and I must say that it took me even less time to recover, by now I was aware of everything and easily recovered great. What to say ... I can only thank Dr. Scelsi who with great professionalism and skill has restored me to new. Now I walk very well and above all I no longer have pain.
