Bad experience. Difficulty starting when cold. 270 euros spent and unsolved problem. Very little transparency. Estimate a price but the final bill is definitely more salty and without notice (even without having solved the problem). Absurd, I realize it was better before. Now it takes a miracle to start it while before the 2nd / 3rd attempt it started.
Daniele is exceptional, he knows how to do his job. He was messed up with work and asked me if I could kindly go to his spare parts supplier to fetch the piece of the door that had broken and as soon as he arrived at the workshop he gave me back the car in an hour. Thanks Daniele and his staff!
I was a customer ... now I think no more, I had an unexpected event in my wife's car I unfortunately was not at home, I called the workshop, because the battery was on the ground I asked them to intervene to be able to do it leave and they told me they didn't have time .... I understand everything but finding another solution would have helped me anyway, or at least a phone call to know how it went luckily I was able to solve the problem with help from third parties. I'm sorry but unfortunately that's where you see people.
Honest in prices, punctual delivery of the car recommended
