I risk being rhetorical ... but 20 km to get my hair done is time well spent and with pleasure. Professionalism and sympathy are qualities that Alessia can naturally demonstrate. Every time I go I always find an opportunity to add positive notes. If there was a sixth star I would put it. The place is very clean, welcoming and bright. Alessia is extremely helpful to meet your needs ... and the sixth star would go to sympathy and the ability to make you feel at home. All positive!
