Too bad you can't go below 0, I brought a wheel with puncture flap to repair, at the time my mother showed up to take it back she asked the owner if the flap had been re-mounted. At the time of the request the owner replied in a bad way saying he had refused to replace the anti-puncture flap because according to him "it is useless" and because he asks for these jobs 20 euros (only the flap costs 8). The sale was carried out in minimum time with great accuracy and respect towards the customer. I recommend the shop for the large quantity and quality of the bikes, mostly assembled manually.
