I took my Giant mtb for repair / service, it also made noises (squeaks). Verified by the mechanic that these were bearings.
Replaced bearings and done other scheduled work. Cycled out on Sunday, perfect.
Delighted, it has always been my favorite shop.

Purchased giant xtc mtb but arrived with fork rebound adjustment rod not working.
After reporting the problem, the fork was sent (without paying any shipping costs) under warranty to Fox for repair and then sent back to me. Great after sale service.
