Warning Beware of these people. I tell my experience to avoid that someone else has the same problems. Whether you are selling or buying a property once you sign their contracts written in Italian you have to pay them! If they don't give you the dumb for any reason: you have to pay their commission, if instead you are selling and the sale does not go through for reasons not attributable to you you must pay their commission. Their only goal is to make you sign their contract once it is signed, they are entitled to commission from both the seller and the buyer even if you do not go to Rogito. All strangely legal but ethically incorrect In the negotiation phase Alessandro, Daniele and the other Daniele are very good at giving all the necessary reassurances but only to let you sign after it's over ... Stay away or go to them with a good lawyer

SIC ET SIMPLICITER I borrow their slogan never more appropriate to make the idea "so and simply" it was the saddest and worst shopping experience of my life, after all reading the reviews of other users (Alas pathetically branded as fake) I realize that their fame precedes them, I am amused by the reviews of those who do not even find the right words to describe their experience, SIC ET SIMPLICITER at all !!!!

I am stepping stone to the many negative rece, words words words and zero facts. ANSWER: Other than the Fake profile, in vain I have lost only a lot of time, but besides a sea of useless words I have not seen anything else, two months completely lost ..... you know how to accept criticism, I do not think that one string of negative rece attributed to you are all fake.

WORST EXPERIENCE Bad experience with Mr. Daniele Galli and Delga Srls of Rimini, to whom I had entrusted for the purchase of my first home and instead ... I was left with about 10,000 euros of expenses (among them commissions, lawyers, notaries, experts etc) and NO HOME. Why a star? 1) Our conversations always recorded without our consent (legal?!?) And then used as a threat when the negotiation is skipped. 2) Appointments moved ad hoc not to let us be present (e.g. bank expert who certified house irregularities) 3) Contract not responding to the state of affairs (and when I allowed myself to say that our notary would not accept their response was "CHANGE NOTARY") 4) Absolutely little transparency in the negotiation between the parties (everyone was told everything and the opposite of everything as long as we were good) In one thing it was really 5 stars: IN GETTING PAY THE SAME. I hope this review helps someone else make a good choice. SCONSIGLIATISSIMI!
