I always use this oven. The bread is crunchy, with a variety of other breads to try. The cereal focaccia is excellent, the Bari one as well, the pettole a fairy tale. Maybe there are so many greedy people, but the quality is there and it can also be seen by the crowd that is there every day. And then it doesn't hurt their sympathy.

On display all that is good, sweets, delicious focaccia, taralli and so on. Friendly and helpful staff to recommend the various products to buy. Really nice and professional
