What a person Gianluigi Lugatti. Last year working in Pianoro I wanted to move closer to the company and in search of a rented apartment in the area, I ran into this gentleman. Well known in the area, I contact him and we meet at the bar after working hours. In front of a beer, I talk to him about my project. He replies: why don't you buy it instead of renting it? Well the phenomenon has arrived !! Natural .. it is a project that I still cannot face. Really??? It may not be like that, maybe you don't know that .... From there I discover a world unknown to me until then. He advises me, clarifies me and resolves every catch. He explains to me how the request for a mortgage works, the deed, the preliminary, etc. From there I start the adventure and in case of doubts (listen, listen!) It also answers at 10 pm. Absurd! I saw several houses and in the end I bought a beautiful house in Loiano. He has always been there and in spite of those who speak ill of real estate agents, he has been a true professional.
