they do not answer either on the e-mail or on the number indicated by themselves, and then I read in the newspaper articles "60% of users have not paid the garbage tax" - it is obvious case of "cause effect" !!!! Offices closed due to Covid, by calling the telephone number the staff does not answer despite numerous attempts, I was waiting even for 15 minutes without receiving an answer

It's been a month since I've been calling to get 1 date with them. I also remain on call for 10 minutes, but no one answers. Go to them and they kick you out badly. I moved home 4 months ago and I haven't had the rubbish bins yet! Every day I load the trash in the car and go to throw it at the landfill! It is shameful !!

Rude until the end ... or called a little while ago for explanations on the payment model on waste and the first time it comes to me since I live alone I just wanted to understand why living in a studio apartment was so high ... the first time that I call a lady explains to me why that figure came to me is that it also depended on the amount of people who lived there ... returning home I remember that my mother too had resided with me for two months and I recall ... I happen to a lady who while I explain them the reason for the call tells me in a rude way "because she talks so much" what is the question I had to ask that was the second time I called but joking? I replied that she was rude and that I was simply explaining the reason for the call that was to be calm ... she was even offended saying that she was not there to be offended by me, which by the way I just told them rude .. me to riposto that was the second time I called !? So what? There is a number of times that you have to call to be sure of what I have to pay ... Absurd
